Prakash Ghadge’s renunciation of colours for monochromatic brush and pen strokes early in his career was a rather brave move that paid off. His stipplings and cross hatchings are done with immaculate consistency, sufficiently showing the artist’s integrity and accomplishes the task of conveying his emotions in lucid notions. His themes are essentially modern but deeply philosophical - often hovering over the spiritual sphere as well.
