Delhi-based artist Sajal Patra has been creating art for over three decades, evolving from realistic works to exploring the "journey within." His daily meditation practice has led him to connect with the metaphysical, which he finds deeply fulfilling. His current series, "Rhythm of Infinity," reflects the transition from the physical to the non-physical world, influenced by quantum physics. This series emerged from his solitary travels in the mountains, where he contemplated life after death. The work is characterised by pensive, serene colours and aims to merge the observer and the observed into one. "Rhythm of Infinity" explores the idea that the spirit transcends physical form and lives on immortally.
