- MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

- WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG WORK?
We take great care to pack your artwork and want you to receive it in perfect condition. If your work is damaged or incorrect, please email [email protected] including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect work, as well as the packaging it arrived in.
- HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Domestic shipping is at a nominal rate, which depends on the size and weight of the artwork, and whether it has to be shipped flat or rolled in a tube. We offer custom shipping options at request for international orders. If you live outside India and would like us to ship art to your country, please email [email protected].
- CAN I COMMISSION A PAINTING?
Yes, you can commission a painting from most of our artists, however, some of them do not take commissions. Please email [email protected], including the artist you would like to work with and any specifics about the painting you have in mind.
- WHERE IS YOUR GALLERY?
We do not have a permanent gallery space but we host events and exhibitions at various venues across Bangalore, India throughout the year.
- WILL I GET A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY WITH MY ARTWORK?
Yes, we provide a Certificate of Authenticity that has been signed by the artist, as well as a representative of the gallery.
- ARE THE ARTWORKS ORIGINAL?
Each artwork on KALASTROT.com is an original work of art that has been signed by the artist and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
- ARE THE ARTWORKS SIGNED BY THE ARTIST?
Each artwork is signed by the artist.
